NTTI is one of the public TVET institutions that is mandated to train pre- and in-service TVET instructors for all the TVET institutions under the umbrella of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training. Furthermore, NTTI also offers diploma, undergraduate, and graduate programs in computer design, mechatronics, civil engineering, architecture, electronic and electrical engineering, information technology, and air-conditioning. Besides all these training programs, and aligned with the Royal Government of Cambodia Policy in strengthening Human Capital in Cambodia, NTTI has recently offered certificate level ONE programs to students from low-income families and vulnerable groups with some financial support to equip the Cambodian youth with the required skills by the labour market.

As we mark a significant milestone in NTTI's success story over the past decades, NTTI has produced more than 10,000 graduates in the fields of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, and Information Technology. In addition, this achievement is not limited to just our engineering graduates. We are also proud to have trained more than 3,000 vocational instructors and trainees since 2001, many of whom have become leaders and experts in their respective fields.
At NTTI, we are dedicated to providing technical and vocational training that equips learners with the skills, knowledge, and values necessary to succeed in their chosen careers. Our mission is to produce competent and innovative technical vocational trainers and workforces in engineering and digital technology in response to the labour market's needs. We firmly believe that empowering individuals with the right skills, and knowledge can significantly contribute to national development and build a brighter future for Cambodia.
